Saturday morning John Dempsey hosted a Pitre Cousin Reunion at his house in central Louisiana. The get-together was not a formal reunion like in 2005, but based upon the attendance of relatives it sure qualified as a Reunion. I stopped off and picked up some lettuce and salad to contribute to the food on the way to John Dempsey's. Marie made my favorite food, an incredible cornbread. John Dempsey had even offered to make waffles for people that arrived in time for breakfast. However, I did not hear about anybody getting waffles, and all that I saw was a clean waffle maker. So I stand skeptical about John Dempsey making waffles :-)

I did not recognize most of the kids, so I am leaving their pictures out of these webpages. And away we go!
